K1, K2, K4 and T10 will ship within three business days except for order with a problem.
Due to flight cancellations caused by Covid-19, for US, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Mexico, the ETA is 7-10 business days. For Hong Kong, we ship via SF Express. For rest of the countries/regions, It takes 15-20 business days for you to receive the parcel.
If after these dates, you still have no tracking email, then you must contact us directly at support@keychron.com as there might be some issues regarding your shipping information or order which might have resulted in your order not getting shipped out.
