The Q6 works well on Mac, but it gets stuck or repeats on Windows 10. What might be the reason?

1. Please reinstall the USB Drive for the Q6.
2. Check if your computer installs other security/ cleaning apps. Please turn them off and try again.
3. Check if your keyboard uses xHCI in BIOS. If yes, disable it and try again.
