My Q1 came with a stripped screw and I cannot remove the plate from the PCB. Are there any recommendations you can give me for taking off this screw? Did you forget to ship them? The paint on the bottom left edge has started to dull compared to the rest of the keyboard, most likely because of the more frequent contact with my hands. Do you have a solution for this?
