It may be that the keyboard Bluetooth and other Bluetooth are interfering with each other. Please restart the keyboard and your device, then try to pair them again.
When I try connecting my Keychron K4 to the computer via Bluetooth, it’s asking for a code/ pin. Where is the code/pin?
