There is only a solid red light on the first icon when the K8 is connected by cable. My keychron keyboard disconnects/delays occasionally (every 30 mins or so) on my Windows laptop and desktop. Is there a key combination/ shortcut to lock the backlight effect for the K Pro series keyboard? I am able to successfully remap the keys, however, the remap resets back to the default once I unplug the cable from the machine. It does not save the changed keymaps to the device's onboard memory. Any advice?
