Follow these steps if your keyboard won't connect.
- Bluetooth Connection
- Slide the side toggle switch to Bluetooth mode.
- On your device, turn on Bluetooth and start searching.
- On the keyboard, press and hold Fn + 1 (or 2/3) for 4-6 seconds. (For some models, use Fn + Q/W/E).
- Select the keyboard from your device's list to connect.
- 2.4GHz Connection
- Switch the side toggle to 2.4G mode.
- Perform a forced pairing: Press and hold Fn + 4 for 4 seconds.
- Now, plug the receiver into your device. The connection should be established.
- If issues persist, try different USB ports and repeat the process.

If the problem persists, contact Keychron Support and provide the following information:
- When you press Fn+1/2/3 or Fn+4, do the keys flash blue/green?
- Can the keyboard be connected to another device?
- When flashing the Bluetooth firmware, could the updater detect the version? Was the update successful?
