If your keyboard’s Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless modes only work when the charging cable is connected, the issue is very likely related to the battery.
In many cases, this happens because the battery cable has come loose inside the keyboard.
What you can do:
- Power off the keyboard.
- Carefully open the keyboard case.
- Locate the battery connector on the PCB.
- Check whether the battery cable is loose or disconnected.
- Reconnect the battery firmly and reassemble the keyboard.
- Test the keyboard again in wireless mode.
If the battery connection was the problem, Bluetooth and 2.4GHz modes should work normally after reconnecting the battery.
