Please check your K2 keyboard layout. If your K2 has an ANSI layout (US layout) but you selected another language on your computer, such as UK English, that does not fit your US layout keyboard, the @ key and the " key will be switched instead. It does so to some other symbols as well. To avoid this issue, it is recommended to use the proper layout keyboard to match your preferred language input setting.
