My Q1 keeps disconnecting randomly from my mac every ~3-4 minutes and showing an error message saying the USB device is not recognized. What should I do?

Please try the following solutions:

1. Try factory reset:
   How to Factory Reset or Use the Launcher Web App to Flash Firmware for Your Keyboard
2. If your Q1 has a ribbon cable that connects the daughterboard and motherboard, it may have come loose for some reason. You can tighten it or replace it with a new one (we have included some extra ribbon cables in the keyboard box as replacements).
