Please try the following solutions:
- Please try factory reset and check if it works again. (How to Factory Reset or Use the Launcher Web App to Flash Firmware for Your Keyboard)
- If you have keys that keep repeating, it might be a switch problem. The switches on your keyboard are not soldered. Please try to change the defective switch to a working one.
- Because our keyboard requires a higher electric current compared to others, if you use other charging cables (instead of the cable that comes with the keyboard), it may lead to insufficient electric current and may be the cause of this problem. You can try a different cable and connect it directly to the computer (not through a hub or other wires).
