Please disable the NKRO key on VIA (map NKRO to other keys). Please refer to this guide for more assistance: How To Use VIA To Program Your Keyboard (read How to Remap a Key on VIA)
Note: due to the limitation of the QMK firmware, the NKRO will be automatically turned on every time you reboot the keyboard. You will have to repeat this process again.
