The Caps lock key and left Ctrl are swapped. The left Windows key and left Alt key are also swapped. What should I do?/The keyboard is stuck in Layer 1 even though the switch is toggled to Mac.

Please try the following solutions：

1. Please do a factory reset to see if that solves the problem: hold Fn+Z+J for 4 seconds.

3. Have you set any hotkeys/special key swapping in the computer system？ Or have you used other third-party software to remap the keys (like iCUE)? Please check again and test whether the keys work properly on a different computer.
