Because our keyboard requires a higher electric current compared to others, if you use other charging cables (instead of the cable that comes with the keyboard), it may lead to insufficient electric current and may be the cause of this problem. You can try a different cable and connect it directly to the computer (not through a hub or other wires).
The Q3 is connected to my laptop via powered USB hub. But when I shut down and then start my laptop back up, Q3 doesn't power up.
