When I open the VIA app, it just gets stuck on a screen that says "Searching for devices..." Can you tell me how to proceed?/ VIA does not recognise/detect my Q3.

Please factory reset your Q3 to the latest firmware (How to Factory Reset or Use the Launcher Web App to Flash Firmware for Your Keyboard).

Note: Please download the right Q3 firmware which matches your keyboard model.

 

If VIA can't pair with your Keychron Q3 after you tried flashing, you need to follow these steps:

1. Reconnect your keyboard power cable.
2. If VIA still doesn’t pair together after you reconnect the power cable, download the Keychron Q3 keymap JSON file which can be found here.
3. Open the VIA and turn on "Show Design tab" in the "Settings" tab.
4. Drag the JSON file into the “Design” tab on the VIA.
5. VIA should pair together with the Keychron Q3 now.
