Please refer to the following solutions:
(1)Try a different USB port.
(2)Try a different PC.
(3)Try a different charging cable to connect your PC and check if this works. (Note: the charging cable should be capable of both charging and enabling data transfer.)
(4)If your keyboard belongs to the K Pro series (K8 Pro, K6 Pro, and K2 Pro) or the Q series, you can go further and check if the pins on the daughterboard/motherboard are bent as they can possibly cause this problem. Straighten the bent pins back to normal and it should work fine again.
