1. Ensure you have used the latest Chrome, Edge, or Opera browser version.
2. Ensure your keyboard is in a wired connection. (The launcher won't detect your keyboard in Bluetooth or a 2.4G connection.)
If this does not work, contact us via email support@keychron.com with the following information:
(1) Your keyboard model
(2) Open webpage developer tools and check the network report. Please follow these steps:
a) Press F12(Windows) or fn + F12(Mac) will bring up the following window.
b) In the window that appears, click the 'Network ' tab to see if there is a red warning error beneath. And send screenshots to us for analysis.
(3) Screenshots of 'Device info' and "Logs" for us will also help.
