1. Ensure you have used the latest Chrome, Edge, or Opera browser version.
2. Ensure your keyboard is in a wired connection. (The launcher won't detect your keyboard in Bluetooth or a 2.4G connection.)
3. Try to flash the firmware with QMK toolbox. Here is the link about the operation process.
After flashing the firmware, try again to see if you can use the Launcher.
4. You can also try VIA to see if VIA can recognize your keyboard. Here is a link to use VIA.
5. If you use Linux, and you try to connect to the launcher, it displays connected and the following image, but the launcher doesn't actually respond.

If the above mentioned methods do not work, contact us via email support@keychron.com with the following information:
(1) Your keyboard model.
(2) Your computer system and version number.
E.g.,OS: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS / OS: Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS x86_64
(3) Open webpage developer tools and check the network report. Please follow these steps:
a) Press F12(Windows) or fn + F12(Mac) will bring up the following window.
b) In the window that appears, click the 'Network ' tab to see if there is a red warning error beneath. And send screenshots to us for analysis.
(4) Screenshots of Launcher page's 'Device info' and "Logs" for us will also help.
