1. Swap the Switch (For Hot-Swappable Keyboards Only)
(1) Remove the faulty key's switch
(2) Swap it with a known-working switch from another key
(3) Check if the problem follows the switch or stays with the original key
If the problem is gone, the original switch was faulty. If the problem persists in the same location, you should move to the next step.
2. Flash the latest firmware. You can find the guide here.
3. Adjust the Debounce Time (If Supported)
Here is the guide about the operation process.
4. Pressing the Keyboard Firmly
(1) Power Off or Unplug the Keyboard: Before you begin, make sure your keyboard is either powered off or disconnected from the device.
(2) Apply Firm Pressure: Place your palm on the keyboard and press down firmly. Focus particularly on the area around the problematic keys.
(3) Repeat the Process: Lift your hands and repeat the pressing motion 3–5 times.
(4) Test the Keys: Power the device back on and test the keys. In most cases, the keys should now respond normally.
5. Straightening the Plate Manually
(1) Disassemble the Keyboard: You can find the disassembly guide here.
(2) Straighten the Plate: Gently but firmly, use your fingers or a small flat tool to straighten the plate. Be careful not to apply too much force, as this can damage it. Focus on the area around the problematic keys.
(3) Reassemble the Keyboard: Carefully put the keyboard back together, ensuring all components are properly aligned and secured.
(4) Test the Keys: Power the device back on and test the keys again. The keys should now function normally.
