Hello Guys,
For some of you who use this keyboard for gaming (like me). You may have experienced some random disconnecting issue which can be quite annoying not to mention affect your gaming result.
I have seen some people mentioned changing some Bluetooth setting to fix this issue and I've tried it for over a week now and it seems to be working.
First, you go to "device manager" > Bluetooth and try to find your "Bluetooth adapter" (Mine call "Realtek Bluetooth adapter").
Double click then go to tab "Power Management" then "UNCHECK" the box "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" Then click OK.
Done.
I think most of the other Bluetooth keyboard has driver or software that install on the computer to fix such issue. Since Keychron does not have any software to manage the device we have to do this manually. Hope this help. Enjoy ...
