If your keyboard is still unable to connect via Bluetooth, you may try the following solutions:
(1) Please try a wall charger for 6~8 hours to make sure your keyboard has enough battery.
(2) Factory reset your keyboard: hold fn (or fn1) + Z + J at the same time for 4 seconds.
(3) Power cycle all devices, including computers and keyboards.
(4) Update your Mac to the latest software version.
(5) Disable the auto-sleep mode on the keyboard by holding fn (or fn1) +S+O for 4 seconds.
(6) Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off the keyboard to save power" in power management under the device manager. (Windows PC)
(7) Check Mac’s Wi-Fi and Bluetooth interference: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201542
(8) Try the Bluetooth connection with other devices (such as your phone, tablet, iPad, etc,) to check if it works. Normally, if Bluetooth works fine with other devices, the keyboard should be fine.
(9) Try to pair with other channels by holding fn+2/3 (fn1+W/E for K6 and K12).
(10) Update the Bluetooth firmware If it's still possible for your keyboard to connect to your device: https://www.keychron.com/pages/bluetooth-firmware (for Windows PC)
(11) Reset the Bluetooth drivers on your PC.
(12) Use a Bluetooth dongle/antenna.
