We do provide replacements of the keyboard only if we feel there is a genuine quality problem. In order to let our team help to check with the quality issue, we will want an image/video which can show the problem properly, along with the serial number of the keyboard. Mostly, we will also require you to return the original keyboard back to our warehouse and proceed with a replacement once we receive it.
