It's an issue within Windows. If you go to the device manager, select your Bluetooth adapter, and go into the properties. Look for a box option that says "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". Click on it and it should fix the issue.
My keychron keyboard disconnects/delays occasionally (every 30 mins or so) on my Windows laptop and desktop.
