(1) Please open input resources in your operating system, and see what keys in your language layout triggered when you press a key on the US keymap Keychron keyboard. E.g: when the input source on my Mac is German, I will get ü when I press [ on the K8 Pro.
(2)Please try the following key combinations and check which one works for you.
Hold Right alt + Q keys together
Hold Shift + “ keys together
Hold Right alt + “ keys together
Hold Right alt + 0 keys together
