- The Caps lock key and left Ctrl are swapped. The left Windows key and left Alt key are also swapped. What should I do?

- The knob misses the register input half the time when it ’s rotating. Other times, it registers the steps twice. The knob seems to only registers when using it in large increments and not when using step by step with a pause in between. What should I do？
